Eksplorasi dan Karakterisasi Tanaman Kubis Bunga (Brassica oleraceae Var. Botrytus) di Kecamatan Banuhampu

چکیده
Bawang Kubis bunga (Brassica oleracea var. botrytis) adalah salah satu komoditi sayuran yang bernilai ekonomis. Produksi kubis di Indonesia mencapai 204.238 ton pada tahun 2020. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan bulan Januari hingga Mei 2022 3 nagari Kecamatan Banuhampu. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi karakter morfologi dan keragaman pertumbuhan varietas asal Metode digunakan metode survey dengan penetapan lokasi secara sengaja (purposive sampling) terdiri dari dua tahap kegiatan yaitu eksplorasi karakterisasi. Karakterisasi dilakukan daun curd. Eksplorasi berhasil mengkarakterisasi 18 sampel tanaman menunjukan variabilitas sempit luas curd sedangkan analisis tingkat kemiripan antar diperoleh nilai koefisisen 42% 100%.
